Competitive Triathlon Certification

The Competitive Triathlon certification levels are a system by which our team can gauge the current competence of athletes in order to make an objective decision about who can join the ranks of Alameda Tri Team. It also gives athletes a clear way to gauge their performance and level in a competitive field, paving the way to a more professional route if they choose to.

Competitive Triathlon certificates are valid for one calendar year. The reason behind this is that performance levels can change and we want to give the chance for more athletes to be on the team according to their current level.

All Competitive Triathlon levels have to be run and supervised by a current Alameda Triathlon High Performance Coach.
